... is bloody freezing!!!
Woah that came as a shock after Thailand! Its real cold here in Auckland! I've only brought 2 jumpers with me, think I'm going to wear them both its that cold...!
Flight was ok, 4 hours to Taipei and then another 10 to Auckland!!! Wasn't all that bad though, I slept quite a bit which was cool.
Auckland airport is ace! I landed here 2 hours ago and I haven't left yet! I'm not plane spotting or anything, I'm still here cos they have free internet and I have been in the travel centre to sort out my whole NZ trip. Well handy!
Also fixed up somewhere to stay in Auckland for the next 2 nights before I head to Waitomo and Rotorua... Going to head into the city now and check it out. Better get some warm clothes on first though...

PT, sad to see my previous comment got moderated off (though understand why!) like everyone here in Blighty we're jealous, particularly for me knowing my honeymoon to NZ isn't going to happen anymore (wedding's still on though) ... was looking forward to exploring Lamb's country. Post lots of pics and write lots of blogs, we'll live it through you by proxy.
