Halfway through the national park there was an area where you could abseil down to the next part of the gorge... You didn't have to you could just walk and climb down the rocks but a few of us decided that abeiling down would be much more of a laugh!
We went twice, once backwards and once forwards (that was weird, backwards was loads easier).
