Yeah we finally beat Australia at cricket! I was there too it was class!
Its the first game I've been to so everyone was saying I was a lucky charm and thats why England won! I should have gone to some more games this summer!
I had a brilliant day though! It was a top laugh in the crowd everyone got pretty drunk by the end of the day! Loads of people were getting thrown out for being smashed! The funniest thing was the people making beer snakes with all the empty plastic cups and trying to out do each other by making the longest ones! Some of them were massive!
Before the game they had announced that mexican waves were banned (!) no idea why but that obviously just made the crowd do it even more! So there were loads of them going round and everyone was joining in it was real funny! Aussie's seem to have a healthy disrespect of authority and of stupid rules in general and I quite like that!
So a quality day, just generally being lairy! Went out in Surry Hills after the game too...
