Monkey Beach

We also went on another boat trip whilst on Phi Phi island this one was a lot more chilled out tho and there were no life or death situations to deal with...!

We took an old Thai style long boat out and the first stop was Monkey Beach. There were loads of little monkeys here as soon as we got off the boat and they were running up to us and fighting with each other - it was pretty entertaining!

I didn't think they would come into the sea but one of the biger ones didn't seem bothered about that and heade straight for our boat and started to grab the rope to climb in!!! I think the big waves put him off a bit tho and he headed back to the beach.

It was really good there just chilling out and getting close to the monkeys for some good photos - we were a bit scared of them tho when they came too close!!!

After that we did some snorkeling and saw loads and loads of fish. The coral off the coast of Phi Phi is really good and all the tropical fish seem to like it. I saw a pair of Angel fish which were my favourite...

Then we headed to a couple more beaches and did some more snorkeling and threw the rocket around in the sea which was good fun...

Then we headed back - I was sitting on the front on the long boat with my legs either side Titanic style! The boat was going pretty fast so this was good fun crashing through all the waves...
