In coral bay we went on a manta ray tour - it was brilliant!

We got on the boat and headed off into the sea. There was also a spotter plane looking out for manta rays and pointing the boat in the right direction.

Soon enough we found some and went snorkling with them it was ace!

They were 4.5 metres wide! Really big! I swam with 2 of these for ages, just swimming about 2 metres above them as they went up and down feeding. You had to swim pretty fast to keep us though they were rapid.

After a while the skipper of the boat said we had to move on from this spot... We only found out later that we had to move because there was a tiger shark near by! they guys in the plane had spotted it!

We found some more mantas and swam with them later on. Then we sailed some more and saw sea turtles which were cool.
