I went to the Open Air Cinema in the Botanical Gardens last night, it was really cool!
Its an awesome setting with the Opera House and the bridge in the background on one side of the screen and the Sydney skyline on the other side of the screen - beats the Odeon on Riverside!
There are loads of fruit bats flying around in the botancial gardens at that time of night too, they are massive!
I was pretty lucky to get tickets actually as its sold out every night until it ends early next month. Lucky for me James and Lesley had a spare - they do lots of cultured stuff like this its good!
We watched an Australian Film called 10 Canoes, it was ok... The Mens Singles Final of the Australian Open was on at the same time so I was thinking how cool it would have been if they had been showing that instead. Or football! How cool would it be watching MOTD there - now that would be good!
